    How the conversion works

Every game multiplies your sensitivity by its own internal scale, so the same number turns your view a different amount in each game. What your arm actually remembers is distance: how far you move the mouse to turn a full 360°. That distance is called cm/360. This converter calculates your cm/360 in the game you know, then finds the setting that gives the same cm/360 in the new game.

For most games the turn per mouse count is the sensitivity times a fixed angle called the yaw (CS2: 0.022°, Valorant: 0.07°). Then cm/360 = 914.4 ÷ (DPI × sensitivity × yaw), and at the same DPI the new sensitivity is old sensitivity × old yaw ÷ new yaw. A few games, such as Minecraft and Battlefield 6, use non-linear scales; the converter handles those with their own formulas.

eDPI is your mouse DPI multiplied by your in-game sensitivity. It is handy for comparing settings within one game, but it does not carry across games because each game uses a different scale — cm/360 does.
